Australian Orders

**Due to continued Stage 4 restrictions in Victoria and the impact on the Australia Post Network there have been some delays in receipt of your delivery. Please click here for more information from Australia Post.**

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Flo Activewear uses Australia Post Parcel Post for all Australian Orders.
  • Our standard shipping rate is $9.95 for orders under $120.00
  • Our express shipping rate is $14.95
  • We offer free delivery for all orders over $120.00 Australia wide
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of receipt and delivery times are estimated at between 3 and 10 business days. All parcels are delivered to your nominated delivery address using Australia Post so please ensure the correct delivery address details are supplied. If no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from your nearest post office or pick up location.

Note that delivery times are estimates only and Flo Activewear is not responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
Upon processing of your order you will be provided with an Australia Post tracking link.

International Orders

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
International orders are welcome and we offer competitive delivery rates. Orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail.

Please note that some countries may apply taxes and duties on parcels. The recipient is responsible for any and extra charges. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Flo Activewear dispatches orders within 2 business days of receipt. The estimated international delivery time is between 10 – 15 working days from date of payment.
