Returns Information

WHAT CAN I RETURN?
Flo Activewear offers returns and exchanges on full priced items purchased online subject to the following conditions:
  • The item(s) are returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Item(s) are in original condition, i.e. clean with tags attached.
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
  • Incorrectly purchased item(s) can be returned for an exchange or online store credit.
  • Faulty or defective item(s) can be returned for an exchange, online store credit or refund.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Flo Activewear does not accept returns on sale items (exchange, store credit or refund) on any sale items unless deemed faulty.

Returns Process

HOW TO LODGE A RETURN
  1. Visit the online returns portal and follow the prompts.
  2. Our team will review your return and once approved you will receive an email with further instructions on returning your item(s)
  3. Place the item(s) in the original packaging, together with your completed returns form.

RETURN SHIPPING
Flo Activewear is not liable for the loss or damage of garments while in transit. We recommend sending the item via a traceable delivery method and keeping a record of your tracking number.

Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
