Flo Dancewear Return of Goods Policy

Flo Dancewear offers returns and exchanges on full priced items purchased online subject to the following conditions:

• Item(s) are returned within 14 days of receiving your order
• Item(s) are in original condition, i.e. clean with tags attached. Items that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted unless deemed faulty
• Incorrectly purchased items can be exchanged for store credit only
• Faulty or defective items can be returned for an exchanged, online store credit or refund.

Flo Dancewear does not accept returns on sale items (exchange, store credit or refund) unless deemed faulty.

Are there any charges for return?

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Shipping charges for the returned items are the reponsibility of the customer.

Flo Dancewear is not liable for the loss or damage of garments while in transit. We recommend sending items via a traceable delivery method and keeping a record of your tracking number. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
